Pros: Staff, cleanliness, location, breakfast, and overall comfort met expectations. Also I’d like to thank Ms. Afag at the reception for her kindness, warm attitude, great restaurant recommendations, and the clear answers she gave to all our questions… Special thanks as well to the hotel management for the lovely birthday surprise and the cake delivered to our room…

Cons: The bathroom heating system was not functioning; the thermostat was faulty. As a result, the bathroom remained very cold throughout the stay. The room faced a dark, enclosed area, which limited natural light.

Pros: The most incredible hotel. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast was delicious with so much variety. The location was perfect. Very comfy beds. Only a few minutes walk from the main square. We loved everything !!!
