Life in Krakow.

Pros: The hotel was lovely, great rooms, very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast, Lovely friendly staff. And well positioned on the square.

Cannot get Better than Betmanowska

Pros: Absolutely amazing location and so clean, the view from our room was spectacular, breakfast was really good and the staff were so helpful and friendly 10/10 for us

Pros: Lovely hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly. Was obviously going through a refurbishment whilst we were there as the stairs were covered in plastic. Would like to see the finished product. Got a bottle of prosecco and some soft drinks that were complimentary. Was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The rooms were not sound proof.

Pros: The location is great. Staff was very welcoming. Carolina on Respetion is so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was included in my booking and was very nice with lots of options. Also, in the evening, they had live music, which is such a nice touch. We had a double jacuzzi in our bedroom that was amazing

Cons: It's an old building, so there were water leaks in various parts of the hotel, and some things are a little dated that could so with refreshing. For example, carpets, cushions but overall it's still a lovely hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic location

Pros: Fantastic location, right on the square. We were lucky enough to have a room facing the square, with big windows that opened out so you can revel in the atmosphere. The hotel also very kindly provided us with a bottle of prosecco in the room, and a couple of the delicious local fudge sweets that we liked so much we ended up spending a small fortune on some at the market to bring home!

Cons: We had a great stay. If I had to be pedantic I'd say that there weren't many options for hot food at breakfast. You can help yourself to the local soplica though so if you have enough of those you won't care about the breakfast :D

Fantastic hotel in prime location

Pros: Beautiful hotel in central square location. Fully equipped room with coffee machine, kettle and toiletries. Staff were amazing so polite professional and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Really appreciated the wine and little extra touches

Perfect!

Pros: We had a suite overlooking the main square during Christmas and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind, polite, helpful and made the stay even better. I would strongly suggest not to look anywhere else and stay here.

One of the best hotels in Krakow

Pros: The hotel was great. Excellent service, location and clean. Breakfast was perfect. They even offered for free in the room on a daily basis soft drinks, coffee and milk.

Cons: More lights needed in the room and would bw nice to have smoking rooms.
