Had a wonderful few days.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Hotel extremely close to where we wished to be. Very cold outside but warm in room and very clean. Room decent size for us. Restaurant on site which we tried, very good.

Cons: A couple more coffee sachets in room.

Excellent hotel

Pros: The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms at back are very quiet. Hotel very central. A few steps away from main square and 10 min walk to castle.

Cons: On most holidays we were able to access bbc news on TV. Unfortunately we couldn't access it on our TV.

We had 5 days exploring the beautiful city of Krakow

Pros: Excellent buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice. Fresh produce, good quality and very tasty. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The Hotel is conveniently located close to the main Old Town Square and everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance.

Cons: There wasn't anything not to like about our hotel choice.

Massive rooms.

Pros: The deluxe rooms are massive they would fit 2 of the superior rooms in them. For a little extra I would definitely recommend the deluxe rooms.

Pros: Location was great! In the centre and shops, restaurants, bars and Christmas markets all a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was very good too.

Cons: Nothing really. One of our rooms was noisy but ear plugs were provided by the Hotel which worked very well.

Really nice hotel

Pros: Location was excellent, hotel is right in the middle of old town Square Room was to back of hotel so was lovely and quiet. It was clean and tidy, beds were comfy and warm. Bathroom was superb. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. There was maid service every day.

Pros: Hôtel well located in town, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely be back in this hôtel and recommend it.

Cons: Single room a bit noisy as its a street view.

Pros: Hotel good. All facilities needed good hot power ful shower. Breakfast was buffet style hot n cold good selection. Hotel situated central to everything. Staff helpful even packed us a breakfast as we had early morning flight
