Excellent hotel in great location within walking distance of everything.

Pros: We had breakfast in the hotel which we booked whilst there. There was a lot of choice. The restaurant was clean m, fresh and airy and the food was good with lots of choice.

Pros: The location was fantastic, right slap bang in the old town. Close to amenities. Room Was clean and spacious.

Cons: Nothing that stands out, my only small complaint would be that on weekends the cleaners was making lots of noise at 7.30am.

Perfect hotel and Staff

Pros: Stayed here for 4 nights. Right in the centre of everything but quiet hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming! Hotel is immaculate! Rooms were spacious and replenished everyday. Nothing was too much trouble.

Exceptional hotel in the middle of the old town

Pros: Exceptional hotel. Great location, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, very good value for money, helpful staff. I couldn't fault it in any way

Pros: Staff were very welcoming on arrival and throughout the stay. Hotel very close to the square but still very quiet and peaceful.

Highly Recomended - Value for Money - Excellent

Pros: We stayed as a group of four (two couples) and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is literally in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, amenities, and major tourist attractions. The location is simply superb. Hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. Our room faced the street entrance, which added an interesting and lively touch to the experience. Breakfast was outstanding and never disappointing — there was a wide selection of food, including fruits and desserts, and the hot dishes changed daily, which kept things fresh and enjoyable. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive, promptly clearing plates, cups, and tables shortly after guests had finished. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely return to this hotel whenever we visit Kraków again. Highly recommended.

Cons: If we had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that the room could have been slightly larger, although it was still perfectly acceptable. As the hotel is located on an active street, there were pedestrians outside at all hours, sometimes making noise late at night. However, our room was on the second floor and had double-glazed windows, so once the windows were closed, no noise could be heard inside the room. In any case, this is more a result of the hotel’s central location rather than any fault of the hotel itself.
