Fabulous hotel in fabulous Krakow.

Pros: Excellent location on a quiet side street next to Old Town, so within walking distance of main tourist hot spots. Beautifully presented hotel with clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Excellent service from friendly, helpful staff. Superb breakfast available with hot and cold food and a comprehensive choice of meats, cheeses , fish, fruit, cereal, yoghurt etc. Definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly cosy hotel

Pros: Well located on a quiet street. Warm inside during very cold snowy weather. Very good breakfast and interesting archaeology exhibition in breakfast room. Friendly staff.

Cons: Some smell of drains in the bathroom.

Pros: Excellent location on edge of old town. Very comfy beds and large room on top floor. Sauna. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Cons: My partner struggled to sleep due to noise from bathroom fan that wouldn't turn off and final night an air conditioning unit on outside wall we think. Though the staff were helpful and let us change rooms.

Great location, value for money, would stay there again

Pros: Excellent location. Approx 300m from the main square - lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Felt extremely safe. Locals are incredibly friendly and helpful

Cons: Breakfast buffet was good, but it would have been better to be able to order freshly cooked food

Pros: Comfortable hotel, very centrally located and within walking distance of key points of interest. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the traditional breakfast was plentiful.

Cons: As our room faced the main street, it was quite noisy, especially on New Year’s Eve when the noise continued until early morning. On other days, trams and frequent ambulance or police sirens could be heard. The bed and pillows could be improved for better comfort.

A lovely hotel, had everything we needed in the optimum location!

Pros: The property was in the perfect location for us. Just off of the main square but tucked away so a quite little sanctuary to return to. It was exactly what we like - a traditional hotel with character. Lovely bar and good breakfast buffet choices.

Cons: The property was a little outdated in the rooms, but we’re generally really clean and tidy so can’t complain.
