Best location

Pros: Arrived early and they checked us in straight away and asked for late check out and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Central location was perfect

Pros: clean room, clean bathroom, there were also shampoo, soap, everything. Exactly like the photos in booking!! From the room u could see snowing. It was amazing! very good service, kind people! Polite people! The breakfast was excellent, it had everything! We also took dinner in the hotel, it was excellent too! Very good location of the hotel, we walked to the squared. 24h reception, if u need anything they could help in any time !

Cons: If i had to mention something we didn't thought about, it was the charger plugs which were two-pole and the ones we had were all three-pole. So we couldn't plug in our chargers, but in the room u could also put only the wire of ur charger, so we charged our phones but little bit slower. In the reception they also had two-pole chargers if u wanna buy. That was a tiny tiny detail. All were perfect!! Very satisfied, we will visit them again for sure!!!

Pros: We booked a triple room and it was spacious and comfortable. Excellent facilities and an excellent location to the trains, trams, bus tour collection and Old Town.
