City break in Kraków

Pros: The location is perfect for a city break in Kraków. The staff was very friendly helpful and approachable. The room was very clean with the little fridge and kettle.

Cons: Bit of noise from the traffic as the room was facing the road but is not the main so the noise level was not very bad.

Fabulous little gem, extremely convenient location with the best staff

Pros: Fabulous little gem of a hotel - very convenient location, small but perfectly formed, lovely staff who were so helpful every day with restaurant suggestions and directions. Nothing too much trouble.

Pros: The property was in a great location, the staff were exceptional, kind and personable. We had a small baby with us and they really went the extra mile to make him smile. The coffee area was very cute and quiet

Really liked the friendly staff. Had to book a taxi for 230am. This was no bother for them to organise.

Pros: All staff friendly and helpful. Location good for amenities. Rooms clean and tidy. Good value for money

Cons: Location. Booked a trip to Auschwitz and coach pick up across the road

A great town to visit it won’t let you down.

Pros: Krakow town centre is lively with many pubs, restaurants, shops to cater for a lot of tourists. It’s the best town I’ve been to for a great safe holiday break.

Cons: The only thing was the weather, l know we went in February but it was cold. The area and town was super.

Clean, comfortable and a first class location, we were thrilled with it for the price.

Pros: This hotel is a short 10 minute walk into the main square. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. There is free tea and coffee whenever you want to help yourself in the small reception area. There wasn't a restaurant, which we might have liked but there are so many great eateries on the doorstep it wasn't a problem. The room was spotless and comfortable. .

Cons: There was only one curtain on the window which didn't stretch the whole way across letting the light in very early in the morning. The walls were a bit thin!!! Could hear more than we wanted from next door but honestly the place was so nice it didn't put us off

A nice hotel with lovely staff.

Pros: It was a 5 minute walk to the old town, and next to the day trip pick up spot. So a perfect location The staff were all so nice and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was clean, and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Air con. Nice en suite bathroom.
