Pros: The location was the best, in the center of old city, walking distance to square, the galleria mall. Perfect. I left the room early in the morning and the desk worker were kind and helpful

The hotel is in a great location, modern, clean and the rooms a good size.

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. The restaurant was very good and the staff in the restaurant helpful.

Cons: The reception team were not very welcoming. When we had a problem they kept referring us else where rather than resolving or trying to help.
