Pros: Great location near central Station, Mall and old town. It really feels like a premium hotel. Supernice beds. Modern and fresh rooms with good design. Great breakfast with lots of different options.

Staff make this hotel so friendly

Pros: Ideal location, spotless hotel and very friendly staff

Cons: Rooms are quite small and shower is small. Was a bit noisy

Hotel was lovely . Breakfast a little disappointing

Pros: The room was lovely and clean. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We thought it was a great idea having the fresh cold water and sparkling water available to refill the cooling flasks in the room. Walking distance to the main area's. Overall it was a lovely quiet hotel.

Cons: Sound proofing in the rooms was not the best. We felt the breakfast options that was included in our booking could be improved. We felt there wasn't a great variety of foods comparing to other European hotels we've stayed at. It states gluten free options available for breakfast and all that was available was the gluten free bread. When booking we had mentioned it. We just felt overall the breakfast overall could be better.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Ascot Premium Hotel The room was beautiful, the cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the entire property felt very well maintained. The breakfast selection was very good with plenty of options to start the day right. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Krakow.

Fabulous!!

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and so much choice really yummy!!! Room was a little smaller than the photo looked but didn't really matter as super comfortable. bathroom was great and really nice shower. TV had no English Chanels which was a little annoying when trying to watching some late night telly.
