Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco

Beautiful hotel, centrally located

Pros: We love this property, close to the centre (5 min walk) Nice spa area, great after a long day walking around the city. Lovely staff, we even met the manager who had time to stop and chat with us.

A wonderful place to relax near the historic center.

Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean, with soft carpets and excellent bathroom fixtures. It is located near the historic center, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The spa area is small, with three saunas and a small pool. It was crowded in the evening. In the morning at 7:30 a.m., we were the first ones there and were able to enjoy our time.

Cons: The only drawback is that the air conditioning control module in the room glows brightly at night. We couldn't find a way to turn it off.

Really enjoyed it. Would return.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms, good location. Spa excellent. Breakfast good. Reception staff good.

Cons: Bar seemed to be always empty, no real atmosphere. Bar staff a bit uninterested.

Brilliant hotel for our City Break

Pros: The hotel was very modern and well decorated inside. We got a free upgrade in our room which was a nice touch. The spa facilities were very good and open to 10pm which was nice after a long day of sightseeing.

Cons: The pillows and the quilt on the bed were a bit small and the air con didn’t seem to work very well but these weren’t massive issues for us.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was great.. Room was noisy just due to outside noise... Only issue.. Quickly moved us to a quiet room... Couldn't fault it .. Staff were excellent.. Spa is awesome.. Massage brilliant.. Gym is small .

Cons: Could do with decent pillows... But im fussy, so no biggy ..

Amazing trip, with perfect base for comfort , warmth and location .

Pros: Fabulous location, clean, well maintained, lovely staff, comfortable bed and great en suite . Spa brilliant steam room, saunas (2), smallish pool, but relaxing and gym quiet - bike, treadmill, cross-trainer and free weights - compact .

Cons: Not sure it hotel was full his pool and spa/gym would be . We visited late January so relatively quiet .

Brilliant stay here, would definitely stay again if visiting Krakow in the future.

Pros: Our stay here was great. There was a nice selection of food and drink at breakfast. All the staff we seen were lovely and made us feel very welcome. On the night of our arrival we had an issue with the shower drain being blocked. After reporting this to reception, it was dealt with straight away and the hotel staff also had us move very quickly to an upgraded room with no problems.

Cons: Having extra pillows available would have been ideal.

Had a great time at this hotel and visiting Krakow for my 21st birthday!

Pros: The pool, room,breakfast,and the location were all good.
