Great location and comfortable room and we were treated to a delicious doughnut on arrival!

Pros: Great location convenient for both station and main square. Room had everything we needed for our short stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.

Perfect Stay in Krakow

Pros: This hotel is in a perfect location, just about 2 minutes walk from the main square. For the price it is a lovely hotel for a short stay. Was lovely and warm for the cold weather and facilities were great! Staff were also very helpful.

Cons: Only bad thing was that the bathroom door didn’t shut properly but was not a problem for us as a couple

The perfect hotel, in a great location and a fantastic city

Pros: Location - the hotel is just yards from the main square and the Christmas market which was our primary reason for visiting. Breakfast - was superb was an incredibly wide choice of hot and cold foods The room was huge, a big bed and space to walk around, a large bathroom with a very good shower - cannot fault anything about the hotel.

Cons: The hotel exceeded all of our expectations, so nothing to say.
