Pros: Fantastic hotel in the perfect location for exploring Krakow. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the spa is just wonderful- especially after a long day out walking. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. I would definitely reccomend a stay here.

A very good choice

Pros: Great location. Good breakfast. We were staying in the suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good Italian restaurant in it which was a good choice for us a couple of times when we came back after a day of walking and not feeling like going out again.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Pros: Stunning hotel, absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in, everything was perfect. The hotel is stunning and the location it’s absolutely brilliant. I could not fault this hotel but if I had to pick something negative to say it would be the size of the gym, but the place and staff are amazing. Thanks . I can honestly recommend this for a trip to Krakow.PS the pool area is just super after a long day walking around.

Cons: The gym is not really a gym, too small bit honestly I’m picking something.

Pros: Hotel was wonderful, however its right next to a nightclub and partying went on until 530am Thursday through until Sunday and the noise from the streets can be heard from the room.

Cons: The spa facilities were a fantastic way to start your day.

Outstanding!!!

Pros: Breakfast is sensational. So much choice. Staff so welcoming and friendly. We booked the king suite as was celebrating my 40th birthday. Exceeded expectation. Location is 10/10!!! Restaurant downstairs is fab!!! Pizzas are amazing. Eveything you need on your doorstep. Highly recommend.
