Pros: Our stay at the Grand Hotel Krakow was truly exceptional. The hotel impresses with its elegant, historic character and its perfect location just steps away from the Main Market Square, while still offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff deserve special recognition — professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant maintained a very high standard. The Grand Hotel Krakow is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travel. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, class, and a memorable experience in the heart of Krakow.

Lovely x

Pros: The staff were lovely and helpful and the location was perfect. Right at the heart of the old town with everything we wanted to see in walking distance.

Cons: The only problem I had was receiving a few dodgy WhatsApp messages in the days before our stay asking for card details. I ignored these and they were obviously scams but I'm not sure if this was a hotel or booking.com issue.

Pros: We chose to dine in the hotel and the dinners were delicious and very well presented and served by two friendly and efficient members of staff. The rooms were big, warm, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is quite old but for me this adds to the charm. Its very near to the main square which is perfect for visiting the Christmas market

Fantastic!!

Pros: The whole place. Its interior decoration was absolutely beautiful. The food in the restaurant was spot on. The waiting staff were fabulous. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The windows would open so we were grateful for some fresh air and coolness. We stayed for 2 nights visiting from Australia. Absolutely loved it.

Cons: Climbing over the bath to get in the shower...but it wasn't a big deal.
