Luxurious elegance in a perfect location

Pros: Just a stunning hotel in a perfect location right on the square. The breakfast is perfection. Majority of staff just lovely x

Cons: Don’t arrive for breakfast at the said opening time of 7.30am - the breakfast room isn’t set up yet and the young staff get very flustered

A well appointed hotel perfect in every way .

Pros: The hotel was everything we could have wished for, steeped in history, clean welcoming , quiet with great hospitality. Close to the square , and the breakfast was superb. Amalia restaurant during the evening was equally as good .

Cons: Nothing at all . It was wonderful.

Outstanding Comfy warm friendly

Pros: The position of the hotel so central the decor and warmth our room was so cosy Staff couldn’t do enough for you made you feel so welcome We had a breakfast box made it was unbelievable so fresh and tasty

Loved our stay in Krakow, especially the really friendly people in the hotel and all over the city

Pros: Superb location for the old town sites and all the nearby restaurants and bars. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious

Cons: The view from our particular room could have been better but this was not a big issue.

Amazing stay in the heart of Krakow

Pros: A superb hotel right on the central square of Krakow. The service was impeccable, the staff simply amazing (extremely polite, friendly and helpful), the breakfast and dinner very very good. The room was very spacy, super clean and warm and above all extremely quiet (I cannot remember ever having such a good night's sleep in a hotel so close to the center of a city!). Highly recommended!
