Lovely hotel. Nice friendly welcoming staff. Excellent location.

Pros: Wonderful friendly staff. Lovely room. Meticulously clean. Nice bathroom. Amazing location right oppisite the rail station, so convenient for getting train to the Airport which was only about 20 minutes away or could have been 30 mins (allow tine for train delays just in case) Also just opposite the huge mall, Galleria Glokowska. Also not too far from main square. If i went back to krakow, I would happily stay here again

Cons: Very very minor but I wasnt overly impressed with tne breakfast. Didn't feel the food was of a great quality & did not like much food there. However nice tea & coffee & juices with it. Also in bathroom expected conditioner along with shampoo. Hoteis used to provide this.

Amazing hotel and welcoming staff.

Location location location!!!

Pros: Superbly modern and clean hotel, very handy location with the main train station and the Galeria shopping mall opposite. Also close walking distance to the old town. A few tours we organised also picked us up from one of the main pick up places which happened to be right next door! So this hotel is exceptional on location! The staff were all super friendly and arrive as well.

Short stay Christmas Market trip.

Pros: Location opposite the train station and shopping center. Good for the Christmas market and restaurants. Also a collection point for the tours outside.

Cons: Quirky light switches that took some time to figure out.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel, it is located right next to the main train station and the shopping mall plus close to the Main Square. The hotel is incredibly clean, warm and comfortable. Perfect place to stay in Krakow.

Excellent

Pros: Location was perfect for the old town - 3 min walk, trams stops are right outside, train station is opposite and there is a huge shopping mall opposite! in case you lose your luggage! or fancy some retail therapy. Breakfast was amazing.... they catered for everyone and healthy fresh options as well ... you could even make your own fresh fruit juice with a press... could not fault it at all. In fact i was looking forward to it the following day and then my tour to Auschwitz & Salt mine pick up time was changed from 08:15 to 05:30!! so instead the hotel arranged a 'packed lunch / breakfast' which was very nice too... Reception staff were all extremely friendly, helpful with local knowledge and recommendations and the Bar/restaurant staff were very nice and efficient. They all did as much as possible to make your stay enjoyable.

Cons: Nothing negative to write.
