Pros: I upgraded the room and it was excellent value and a really good size.

Cons: The shower door was to small and breakfast was very poor. I recomend going out for breakfast to any of the nearby cafe's

Great hotel with excellent staff!

Pros: Great location, a few minutes to the Old Town & 15 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter. Staff were friendly & efficient, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice & good quality. Rooms were clean & modern.

Cons: Nothing.

A modern, welcoming hotel that provided a smooth and enjoyable stay in Kraków

Pros: I liked the modern decor and how clean and well-maintained everything felt. The hotel had a quiet relaxed atmosphere and the beds were very comfortable after long days exploring. The location was convenient and within walking distance of the Old Town but far enough away to avoid noise. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast had a good variety of options.

Cons: There was no issues during our stay

Amazing location and good value for money.

Pros: The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. The property is nicely decorated in a very handy location. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Only a couple of points down because of the following. The pillows were not comfortable. There were some small patches of mould in the shower room. The windows on the top floor were not clean on the outside making it difficult to see outside.

Lovely hotel and staff

Pros: The room was lovely, it was clean and had everything that we needed. If we ever go back to Krakow we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Friendly warm and welcoming

Pros: Staff was friendly and so helpful I needed well done eggs and they was happy to make make this for me.

Cons: There was a few hairs around the room upon arrival The walk to the square wasn’t bad but if u find it hard to walk there are shuttles but it’s about 20 min walk
