Pros: מיקום נוח, מרחק עשר דקות מהפארק אנרג׳לנדה, תקשורת נוחה ונעימה עם בעלי הדירה שאפשרה גם תיק אין מוקדם מאחר והיה פנוי וזה מאוד עזר לנו. הדירה מצוידת עם כל מה שצריך ונקייה, יש משחקים לילדים בגינה. פרקטי מאוד למשפחה שמחפשת לילה בדרך לפארק.
