Lovley staff, creepy hotel
Pros: The staff were nice and helpful, they spoke great english Offered me an upgrade on my room for a small fee what was nice If you like creepy hotels... this is a must stay 10/10 as I wanted to stay at a creepy hotel and it delivered
Cons: It was almost like they tried to make the hotel as creepy as possible... - Half the hotel was in a whole different style - There are cameras everywhere that are all different brands and styles and wirered differently.. and there are ALLOT! - Downstairs in the basment there is a caged hallway with a keep out sign. Behind the gate there is the sound of a loud tv and running water with several doors... - The fridges for teh drinks are locked and only openable by staff. - Every picture on the wall is different and makes no sense why it's there or was chosen - All repairs have been done to the minimum need - Some windows open, others do not and seem to be sealed - All furniture looks like it's out of a haunted house movie - Phone had allot of mandarin written on it (luckly my partner could read it) - The emergency exit has a fake camera above the door and a viynal covering over like 30% of the window of a bright sky with clouds... just super weird.. - Found an old pair of socks behind the dresser - Under the bed had allot of spiders webs It would have took one member of staff to give me a weird feeling and I would have left.. luckly I bumped into other guests and the staff were very nice.

a few tips
Pros: the hotel room is clean, the room is warm. I got everything I needed, since I was only staying overnight in the room, I only needed a bed, access to a shower and internet. the staff is friendly, always ready to help. clean dining room, staff in the dining room are also friendly. even if you haven't ordered breakfast since the evening, you can easily pay for breakfast in the morning by card or cash.
Cons: in the room where I stayed with my daughter, it would not be superfluous to replace the shower hose. it's also a good idea to check the lighting near the bed - it's safe for adults but can be an adventure for a child (as an engineer, I improved the insulation of the wire at the place of installation of the light switch) a mat near the shower could be useful.. In addition to a large shower towel, a hand towel is a good idea. these little things could improve the conditions, but it is not critical problem. In general we was positive impressed to be honest, I was afraid to get much worse conditions for such a price.

Pros: Miejsce i lokalizacja. Dosyć blisko centrum z dogodnym dojazdem.
Cons: Brudna z grzybem na suficie łazienka z wyrwanym gniazdkiem to tylko część wad tego pokoju. Malutki stolik z malutkim telewizorem i zrozpadającym się wieszakiem na kurtki. To tak w skrócie. Ogólnie słabo jak do ceny za jedną noc

Pros: Привітна дівчина мило нам дала ключі- картки ,все розповіла . Постіль чиста ,загалом чисто.
Cons: Wi-Fi хоча був , але трохи слабо тягнув .постійно якісь перепади. Але це вже дрібниці. Загалом норм

Мы останавливались только на одну ночь, но с удовольствием отдохнули бы здесь и неделю.
Pros: Чистота в номере. Белоснежное постельное бельё. Приветливый персонал. Тишина вокруг и наличие собственной бесплатной стоянки для авто на территории отеля. До центра Кракова минут 15-20 на автобусе 152. До самой остановки от отеля минут 7 ходьбы. В ночное время ресепшен не работает, но в отель можно попасть используя пластиковый ключ от своего номера.
Cons: К сожалению в период нашего проживания не работала кухня, поэтому завтрак не подавался.

Pros: Hotel blízko letiště. Na přespání dobré. Na trávení delšího pobytu bylo ubytování nepohodlné. Čtyřlůžkový pokoj je dlouhá nudle s řadou 4 postelí za sebou. Postel je válenda, tvrdá, malá.

Pros: Jak za tą cenę to super jednak trochę przypał że basen płatny aż 25 złoty i to za jakiś określony czas (trzeba zapłacić tyle samo za skorzystanie co osoba totalnie z zewnątrz ) wiadomo to tania opcja nie oczekuję się udogodnień ale mogłaby być chociaż zniżka dla tych co nocują czy coś takiego.

Poza tym pobyt był zadowalający.
Pros: Lokalizacja jest OK, ulica Królowej Jadwigi załatwia sprawę. Bardzo czysty był nasz pokój. Własny parking jest też dużą zaletą.
Cons: Dróżkę dojazdową koniecznie trzeba poprawić. I w łazience koniecznie powinna być półka na kosmetyki.
