Nice hotel

Pros: Clean, with parking lots at a cost, nice staff, comfortable rooms! Very good price for new year period

It was good but could have been so much better in many ways without adding cost

Pros: Good location for airport and city along with having a car

Cons: Restaurant facilities staff need better training to service meals without allergies there is no need for everything to be contaminated with milk products butter cheese you can service modern tasting meals without out this also wheat products need to be limited etc so at least there is a good chance of a healthy safe meal prepared with thought.

Pros: The room was very cozy and the bed super comfy, totally loved it!! Also loved the set with coffee and tea.

Cons: The shower and the noise from the ventilation inside the bathroom, even with the bathroom door closed it was a bit too loud

Clean hotel with a good breakfast selection, but paid parking significantly reduced the overall experience.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, which is a big plus. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options.

Cons: Paid parking was a major downside

The best hotel in Krakow for its price

Pros: This is my second time staying here. Everything is excellent: the service, breakfast, and cleanliness. The room has everything you need. There's a water cooler on the floor. Reception is open 24 hours a day. The hotel responds very quickly to messages. The location isn't in the center, but it's very convenient, as there are public transportation stops nearby. There's a large shopping center across the street.
