Great Hotel for Touristen who travel with a car and love dining at night.

Pros: The room and the cleanliness are perfect. The breakfast was amazing and there is also a restaurant open until the night just underneath you room!

Cons: Location was very far away. I needed to take an Uber to downtown. You can take a bus but it will take you around 1 hour and you have to switch buses. So whoever books at this hotel, needs to have a car or rely on taxi/Uber.

Cons: Some staff In restaurant need a bit smile on their face when attending customer,as looks they not happy in what they do. I ordered water while we're having dinner but water never came to my table.atleast put still water in the table even with our asking.better that time I have ordered coke. But over all we're happy.

Modern, functional hotel but be aware of the shower floor

Pros: A good modern functional hotel close to Krakow. All the facilities were working fine. There is an onsite restaurant which offered a wide range of lovely meals. If you have time guests can use the sports centre facility; we didnt have the time. There is parking.

Cons: Now that Ive been there I would go back but be careful when you first visit as the hotel is not well signposted. You have to go into the sports centre car park. This was extremely busy when we arrived as it is a very busy centre. My najor criticism is that the shower floor was very slippy. I would not recommend for older people or people who are unsteady as the showe could be dangerous. I think the hotel should look at the flooring.

Conference style hotel near the airport, good facilities but a tad slow at with the food

Pros: Conveniently located near the airport, nice swimming and spa facilities, lovely restaurant albeit very slow service there

Cons: The service at the restaurant was incredibly slow and breakfast didn’t really have much for my daughter, who has coeliac disease although we had informed the hotel in advance of our stay to ensure there were options suitable for her too

Pros: Staff was very nice. Included pool and sauna is great value for the price. Kitchen is working until 22PM, and it was able to order pizza, witch was really ok.
