Pros: The location is not central but very convenient with the Tram No. 8 that takes you to the city centre. Magdalena was particularly nice and accommodate our needs. She made us feel very welcome. Thank you very much to her 😊

Cons: The Spa is not huge and unfortunately is not included, you have to pay separately although the price is very fair.

Pros: Located in the spa complex a bit away from the center in the quite green residential zone. Very good breakfast, the room was clean but due to the old design with carpet on the floor that absorbs smell and some dust didn't seem very fresh. Free private parking. easy ride to the city center by tram (around 17 min), that stops in around 10 min walk from the hotel

Cons: old design with carpet on the floor that absorbs smell and some dust, there were minor breakdowns in the bathroom (water did not drain) but not critical for 1 night stay

Cons: The place is a bit far from the center. So you need to account that when you are travelling.

Pros: I had a fantastic experience! The service was wonderful, and the facilities were spotless. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus—just a short distance from the town center and easily accessible by public transportation or private ride services. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Cons: The shower head mount on the wall was not properly sized to fit the showerhead, so I had to hold the showerhead in my hand while showering. It would also be great to have a coffee/tea machine available 24/7 for added convenience.

Pros: The lady receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was nice and quiet.

Cons: I was unlucky to have no hot water when I had a shower at 0430 in the morning. Maybe I was too early for the water to warm up. It is Ukraine and there is a war on, so not a big deal. I was definitely awake for my road trip to Sumy :) Trying to use Google maps to find the hotel was not good. The hotel is on a main road. If your navigation system tries taking you anywhere else it is wrong. The front of the hotel at night has a nice bright red sign.
