very convenient option for travelers with a car

Pros: Everything was comfortable and wellorganized. the hotel is close to the city center by taxi and in good weather it’s absolutely walkable. The underground parking is a big advantage if you’re traveling by car. The service was excellent from the very beginning. Right after booking we were contacted by Vitalina, who perfectly organized our arrival and provided clear instructions for accessing the parking.

Christmas Eve in Krakow, nice and cozy

Pros: A vey good hotel, beautiful decorated, clean rooms, good parking in front of the hotel, not far from the center. Also it was nice to have full breakfast and tea, coffee and little chocolate souvenir for Christmas.The Christmas dinner was buffet of local dishes which we found interesting to try. Very kind personal, we forget the plug adaptor and they found it and keep it for us to pick it up.

Clean, great staff and top comfort

Pros: Would have ideally preferred to be located in the Old Town but the hotel was great and very clean and easily accesible. The walk into the town was a 15 min walk or so and perfect for maintaining my daily steps of over 10,000. I would definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Cons: We only ordered a quick snack with a chicken club sandwich. Hardly no chicken on a huge role. Was expecting a whole breast off chicken not less than half of one....a bit disappointing especially the cost of it.

Loved it and we will be back

Pros: Lovely clean room Easy walk to town, we like to walk! It’s a 30 min to the main square but 20 minutes to the Jewish area where we had a few meals. Very vibrant aerea as well as the main square. Uber it’s co cheap anyway! Staff is really lovely and breakfast is super. We had dinner at the restaurant too and food is excellent. They made New Year’s Eve party really memorable

Nice hotel and stay at Christmas time spoilt by a couple of food and beverage staff members

Pros: Nice room. Comfortable and clean. Nice enough view. Food was good. Majority of staff pleasant.

Cons: Miscommunication between staff on arrival night. Reception staff was lovely. Food and Beverage manager not so much. Did not end up with any supper on Christmas Eve following a work day and travel and the FandB Manager was not at all pleasant in her delivery. Reception extremely apologetic. Breakfast - you could order an omelette although this seemed like an inconvenience. Each supper they tried to push the buffet on you rather than choosing from the menu.

Pros: Property was easy to find after driving from Prague, lots of easy parking. Hotel was modern, clean and warm. Short walk to very easy public transport options to get into old town.

Pros: Great location and facilities, the room was spotless clean too. A special reference to the staff is in order, they made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. If I were to visit the city again, I would certainly come back here.
