Spain 🇪🇸

Pros: Loved how cozy it was after being out in the cold all day. Underfloor heating, superb shower, comfy bed. Staff were great, having a large chess board on reception was a lovely touch and breakfast was plentiful (the cottage cheese pancakes were delicious!!) Located a few steps from the tram stop that comes frequently so no issues getting into the city and back. A lovely little cafe also next door.

Warm and clean and quiet with a short uber trip to the square

Pros: Good breakfast although the staff were reluctant to fill up foods that were finished and my family had not eaten.

Cons: Breakfast should have been included in the price. It was expensive! Our second room where my Daughter stayed had problems with her tv. Milk and more tea bags should have been provided daily , we had to buy our own t bags.

Pros: From start to finish everything was amazing. Our rooms were ready to check in early and the staff at the desk was amazing and provided us with many recommendations for restaurants and attractions to visit in the city. Olivia was the definition of exceptional service and made sure we had everything we needed for my partners birthday trip. They decorated the room with balloons and even wrote her a birthday card which was a nice personal touch. The hotel is very clean , with a great vibe and only around a 10 minute drive from the old town square. We had an upgraded suite with a jacuzzi in the room. That was also amazing.

Good place to start your visit in Krakow

Pros: Located close enough, but far enough from the centre, excellent restaurant, very clean, nice breakfast.

Cons: Maybe it’s just me, but too many lights inside the room, that can not be switched off (kind of controller screen, very bright), or switch on when you move around at night.
