Enjoyable stay, great location

Pros: We enjoyed the family/junior suite which provided separate sleeping space for our daughter and has two bathrooms. Beautiful view onto the city, Wawel castle and the river. Access to gym was really appreciated by our daughter. The breakfast variety was amazing, with option to make fresh juices and good coffee too.

Very nice and peaceful stay. The room is amazing.

Pros: Everything is clean and organized. The room is very spacious and the whole structure is modern. The staff is professional and friendly. I loved my stay and I will return.

Pros: First time staying here and wow the hotel was very beautiful. I absolutely loved my room. From the rain feature in the shower to the heated floor in the bathroom to the MTV music on the TV which rekindled my younger years. I loved the smell of the shampoo/soap in the shower. The breakfast was so exotically layed out, I felt like I was in Honolulu and not Krakow at that point. The hotel is a short 20 minute walk to the square, so much to do and explore. I also got to eat in the restaurant. The burger was awesome.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was quite good overall; however, not everyone spoke English. Room service was provided daily. The location is pretty good, only a few stops from the city center, while still being quiet and peaceful.

Cons: The refrigerator was completely full of chargeable items, leaving no space for our own food or drinks.

Pros: The food is really amazing very tasty, fresh, and healthy. The rooms are clean and everything is neat and well organized. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center, and there’s also a bus stop right in front of the property.

Cons: I didn’t like the behavior of the blonde girl with glasses who works at the reception. She was distant, and didn’t make any effort to explain things properly. If you ask her a question, she gets nervous starts speaking louder, her answers are short and unclear (she speaks very fast, so it’s hard to understand anything), and she doesn’t let the other person finish a sentence. The rest of the staff, were great.
