Pros: The room was fantastic, lots of space, incredibly comfortable bed, quiet, modern and stylish and the staff and service was excellent.

Cons: It’s a bit strange being split across the street, but no major issues.

Pros: The hotel looks stylish; it was clean, and there was a very pleasant smell both in the rooms and in the corridors.

Cons: Unfortunately, the restaurant is open until 10:00 PM, and the kitchen closes at 9:00 PM. If you arrive in the evening, there’s a lack of a minibar and some snacks available downstairs to purchase. Parking is paid.

Pros: Room very clean and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great location just outside the city centre, within walking distance if you are moderately fit. The breakfast was varied and great quality.

Staff were very friendly and kept my jewellery that I had forgotten for me to get when cleaning the room!

Pros: I loved the set up of the property and the location it was just of the main area of krakow so it was less noisey only about a fifteen minute walk.

Cons: I liked everything.
