Really enjoyed our stay here would stay again

Pros: The staff were amazing I hurt my head slipping on the ice and the staff couldn’t do enough for me, they cleaned my head up and ordered a taxi to take me to the hospital. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice

Cons: I wish there was a few English speaking channels on the tv or a way to change to english

Great place and wonderful staff

Pros: The location is perfect - just across the river you have Wawel and old city streets. Staff is very friendly and supporting. If you travel by car there is undergound garage where the car willl be very safe and it is included in price.

Comfortable stay, a short tram from Old Town and quick to the airport by Uber!

Pros: clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the city center. Getting to the airport took just over 10 minutes by Uber which was very convenient.

Cons: Nothing it was all good.

Pros: Staff was great and helpful, location is very close to the old town, room was perfect with all needed facilities

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, with a standard selection of food that was more than enough for a satisfying breakfast. The location was perfect for us, with a beautiful view of the river and the church. Wawel Royal Castle is within walking distance, and there is also a public transport stop nearby. The room was not very large, but it was perfect for two people staying for a couple of days.

Cons: A small note regarding the parking: it was not immediately clear how to enter the parking area, and the space was a bit tight for our car, which made opening the doors slightly inconvenient.

Pros: Very good location, clean , very satisfying breakfast ..the night guy in the reception was really helpful when in our check in forgot our passports at the hotel and we realised when we were on the road to the airport, he was talking to me on the phone..I don’t remember his name but if you see the comment god bless you

Perfect location for a long weekend in Krakow !

Pros: Location, perfect to go by bus from the airport directly to the hotel. A bus/tram station is in front of the entrance and you can easily walk to the old town or use the transportation. The receptionist suggested us an app for the bus, very helpful! Polish people are kind and the city is beautiful and very cozy.

Perfect location for visiting Krakow

Pros: Excelent positioning, the tram station 52 and 18 that go to main square is right in front of the hotel; u can reach the Wawel Castel in 10 mins walking. Private parking, very nice breakfast, the staff is great, clean room
