The Bridge Suites Hotel

Best breakfast ever.

Pros: Hotel was lovely and very nice corner suite, great space. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best I've had. Wasn't a buffet style so if that is what you prefer this is maybe not your thing. Personally for me this was much better fresh food cooked to order and no stress of things running out or wondering how long it has been sitting.

Cons: Location was right on a busy junction with the tram running very late and very early which did make it difficult to sleep due to the constant noise. Also building work next door which again made it noisy early in the morning, not the hotels fault but still a consideration if your booking during the work being completed.

Spacious and Comfortable stay

Pros: The room was as advertised. Clean, spacious and warm. In the heart of the city and every other place was walkable. Tram station nearby helped to move to different other places. Very nice hotel.

Cons: The breakfast was disappointing. Could have been a buffet but I guess they decided against it. Either way, not a good experience.

Outstanding service which exceeded our expectations

Pros: We had fantastic time at the Bridge Suites Hotel. First of all we were nicely surprised that the night robes were available in the room (which doesn’t always happen in 4 stars hotels). It was clean, we would have the room cleaned daily, the coffee, tea and water added. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Especially the waitress Katarzyna during breakfast. She went far beyond standard service, it was just excellent service which you could expect maybe in top notch hotels. She remembered our choices from previous days, recommended dishes, noticed our needs and reacted immediately. We stayed 4 nights and everyday she welcomed us with a smile. I’ve worked many years in customer service and have rarely seen such an outstanding service. Thank you again. The breakfast itself was delicious, great value for money! Also, I lost part of my golden bracelet and on my way home I received and e-mail asking if I lost peace of jewellery as they found it in the room. This is so nice!

Exceptional Accomodation and Dining

Pros: All areas including rooms, communal and dinning areas are modern, spotless and beautifully designed and decorated.

Cons: Location is a little further South of the Old Town than would have been ideal but this is a tiny item and couraged us to walk more. Everything else was superb.

Pros: Room very clean, good location, staff very helpful. Couldn't fault it

Cons: A hit noisy with trams/traffic but nothing major

Pros: The space in the room and the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal and unforgettable!

Cons: The first floor corner suite is directly on the street. It's like you are sleeping on the street corner. We leaned into the experience and kept the curtains open and not caring that the passerby could see us. Overall it didn't ruin our trip, but I wouldn't book again with the risk of getting the same room

Pros: Good location. Walking distance towards the old city.Very helpful and kind staff. A bit noisy because of the tram line next to it, but manageable.

Pros: It was very well located, a fifteen min walk from the train station, near the river where its possible to run early in the morning. Breakfast was lovely and of course staff were really great and helpful.

Cons: Its not a bad thing but keep the shower heads clean, its got a lot of sediment in it from the hard water. Like I said its just an observation not a bad thing because it happens everywhere. Everything else was amazing 👏 10/10

Brilliant hotel with very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Pros: Hotel was spotless staff were all brilliant and breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in all my years of travelling. I’d definitely book this hotel again if returning to Krakow.

Cons: A little outside noise from the trams but nothing to unsettling.

Lovely stay in krakow.

Pros: The apartment was really lovely 😍.The staff were very helpful and attentive. They were very accommodating and were very helpful 🙂. The apartment was lovely and warm.The view was amazing from the apartment and we loved watching the life going on all around 😀 ❤️.

Cons: The only thing was the bed was not very comfortable 😴.
