My stay was wonderful — everything was perfect, from the attentive staff to the delicious food.
Pros: The hotel is very nice, and the people who work there are very attentive. The dinner was delicious — the dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and pleasant, and the service was excellent. Everything made the evening very enjoyable
Cons: There’s nothing negative to say — everything was perfect. The stay exceeded my expectations in every way.

Amazing. Just that, I have no words to describe my stay at Xerion Hotel and Krakow.
Pros: The central location, enabling me to walk to any of the main attractions of the city, the service and friendliness of the staff, and the cozy room.
Cons: I really don't have anything to say.

Pros: My stay was excellent! I’m really glad I’ve chosen this hotel, very good price as well! I had a big room including sofa - I was surprised and happy about this. The stuff was great and it’s really nice I could store my luggage at their place for a few hours after check out (for free)! I didn’t try their breakfast but I saw it looked very good! I’d definitely stay here next time I’m in krakow!
Cons: I couldn’t see any hair dryer in the room. The pillows are uncomfortable, unfortunately, they should change them for better ones. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Pros: The rooms are quite spacious, the staff are great, and it is located a 12- to 15-minute drive from the city center. The breakfast is great, with a variety of options to choose from. I would definitely come again!
Cons: I had to request flip-flops and drinking water, and there were no robes in the room. Since it’s a 4-star hotel, I would expect these items to be provided without having to request them. However, on the following days, a bottle of water was always provided. Aside from that, it was a great stay!

Got my room for a good price, so value for money was good, I enjoyed my stay, it was ok. :)
Pros: I liked the atrium, size of my room, bathroom space and layout. Location was great - quiet but close to the centre.
Cons: For a four star hotel, the amenities in the hotel were a little bit basic, curtains did not provide full privacy, my pillow was not so great, seemed like a quite good three star hotel but not more.

A very chilled homey stay
Pros: A very nice boutique-like hotel, clean, relaxed, I enjoyed my stay. The room was big, with all the appliances (incl. ironing board, hairdryer, big ass screen etc.). The hotel staff was very friendly and relaxed, yet professional. I personally witnessed a scene when one of the guests behaved unhinged towards the hotel employees and the person reacted very calmly and respectfully.
Cons: I see some space for improvements for breakfast. The waiting staff needed to go to the other room to bring cutlery or plates - they should be stored directly in a shelf in the dining area. Furthermore you can consider putting a little trolley in the dining area - I believe that many guests will leave dirty plates on their own, which reduces the backlog during the peaks. In my personal opinion the mattresses were a bit too hard, but it is probably up to personal preference.

Holiday with my boyfriend
Pros: The hotel was situated in a great location for us. It was easy to find and there were many nice cafes nearby. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because we found it to be quite expensive. You need to be ready to walk a bit to Kazimier and to the old town but for us it was not bad. Would recommed the hotel!

Lovely hotel and staff, good location, lovely 2 bed apartment.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, able to leave luggage. Great quiet location, short walk to town centre. Near some bars, cafes, restaurants.
Cons: Room not properly cleaned after first overnight - one bathroom not cleaned or checked, no towels left, beds not made. Tea coffee not topped up. 2nd night bathrooms cleaned but beds not made. Check in 2pm seems a bit late especially as check out is 10am. Odd layout in 2nd bedroom, bed in odd position, no space/ storage for toiletries.
