Nice and warm hotel

Pros: close to city centre. Spot on rooms, Nice and warm hotel, especially during cold nights. Staff very friendly. Standard breakfast, nothing too special however, pretty tasty and good variety of choice.

Perfect place to stay in Krakow!!!

Pros: We stayed in the Apartment, two bedrooms and a bathroom with big hall/corridor, small balcony with chairs and coffee table with park view, very big bedrooms, simply perfect. Breakfast standard size/options, but everything really tasty. Spa was really good - calming and relaxing - make sure you book in advance they do get busy.

Cons: I think the only criticism I can have is that probably there isn't enough staff to run the bar/restaurant smoothly. If there is a wedding or other party in their beautiful park, most of the staff is focused on it, and bar/terrace service is suffering.

Pros: Stayed overnight with a small kid. All amenities and staff were friendly, great playground right next to restaurant area. A great and tasty breakfast menu.

Cons: The matresses seem a bit worn down. The dinner meals in the restaurant were a bit overcooked, but possibly due to an event happening at the same time.

Pleasant vacation

Pros: The hotel is great for a calm and quite rest. The room is clean and comfortable, + uncludes body lotions which is great addition. Breakfast is not large, but still a good choice of food.

Cons: Not for us personally, as we were with a car. But it seemed like without the car the hotel is not that suitable for a lesure, especially if you are planning to use public transport. So be careful of where and how you are planning to travel.
