Excellent place to stay! Relaxing, clean and professional.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much bother. Prebooked a tour for us no problem. Excellent breakfast included. We also ate in the restaurant in the evening twice which was very tasty. A very peaceful hotel near to trams and buses and also a walkable distance to the centre if you like walking. Very clean and warm. Stayed here around 10 years ago and found it to be an excellent place to stay and the 2nd visit lived upto expectations! Thank you for a great stay!

Pros: loved absolutely everything: its spotless, no even hint of mold, perfectly helpful staff, good location and quiet both inside and outside, big enough parking, tasty breakfast, and absolutely not overpriced

Cons: maybe the soap scent...? just kidding, can not even find one thing in my memory that i didnt like, everything was perfect

Pros: Affordable price, excellent breakfast, sparkling water machine in the reception, clean bathroom, warm room with a kettle, tea and instant coffee.

Cons: There are few TV channels, noise at night from the trams nearby even when the window is closed (take earplugs with you if you're sensitive to noise).

Pros: The room and people were excellent and very helpful. The room was cleaned on daily basis. Furthermore, they assisted us after our mistake, to change our room from two single beds into one double bed room. The breakfast was sufficient and value for money. Until next time!

Good for 1-2 nights stay in Krakow.

Pros: Nice hotel in heart of Krakow.Location is perfect! Close to all attractions. Clean room and bathroom,very helpful staff especially at reception desk-brilliant! You can leave your bags and then come back later on to check in. Very good customer service.

Cons: Very poor breakfast.This was my stay nr 54 this year in hotels all around the world but breakfast was the worst.Cheap ham,sausage and low quality cheese…very limited selection of food to eat.Staff in restaurant -no smile,no Good morning,no questions if everything is ok…an absolutely nothing ..girls were sitting and talking to each other in the corner.Students I guess… This is not what people are expecting in 2025… Management need to really work in it asap!!!
