Nearly perfect! Lovely rooms! Great location.

Pros: The property was perfect. Location is just a hop and a skip to the sanctuary which was the primary reason for visiting Lagiewnicki. We had 2 good rooms. One with a balcony. Both by the top of the stairs which were perfect. Nespresso is a nice touch.

Cons: Our only gripe is the breakfast. While we understand it’s a Polish breakfast I think putting the yoghurt on ice would be better and also replenishing it adequately. When we came down around 9.10(bearing in mind that breakfast finishes at 10.30) it was almost gone. Lettuce was not really replenish. Nutella although in date seemed ‘old’ as the oil has collected on top. The second morning we came down earlier around 8.10 and there was nothing but a few bread rolls and low quality slices of white bread. Some seemed like they were from the day before. The waitress then came out and said that morning breakfast was cooked to order. We ordered different items for our breakfast but everyone got the same. So the breakfast would need to improve to match the quality of the boutique hotel. The rooms felt 4 stars but breakfast like 2/3 stars. Also 2 towels per person would make it more ‘luxurious’. And a box of tissue as well. The 2 complementary bottles of water was a lovely gesture. The staff were all super efficient and the housekeeper was super friendly and helpful.

Pros: A very charming and cozy hotel! The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and peaceful. In the morning and evening, birdsong made the surroundings feel even more magical 💖. The parking was also very convenient. I’d definitely love to return if the rooms get a few updates.

Cons: Unfortunately, the room was quite stuffy. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, and even with the window open, it was hard to sleep at night due to the heat. I really hope the hotel considers installing air conditioning in the future. 🙏🙏🙏

Pros: Beautiful small hotel, spotlessly clean, good location - 20 minutes to the center of Krakow by tram, staff very nice and helpful. I highly recommend 😊
