Pros: I stayed in this apartment recently and overall had a good experience. The place is new, clean, and very well equipped – the kitchen has everything you might need, and there’s also a washing machine which was very convenient. The location is great: just a few steps from a tram stop and only about 5 minutes to the city center. Despite being close to everything, the apartment is incredibly quiet, which I really appreciated. On the downside, there are no blackout curtains, so the room gets bright early in the morning. Also, during the last two days of my stay, there was no hot water. I contacted customer service, and although they promised to send someone to fix it, no one ever came. Despite these issues, I think it’s a solid option and would recommend it to others.

Pros: Apartamento altamente confortável, não tenho oq reclamar, era melhor do que eu esperava

Cons: Não havia ninguém para perguntar algo, mas mesmo assim foi ótimo

Pros: Удобное расположение, тихое место, всё есть для комфорта(чайник, микроволновка, стиральная машина, утюг и гладильная доска и тд, телевизор)

Cons: Чайник протекает, и на нём пыль с жиром, очень грязные и пыльный радиатор, стоял ещё гриль с бутербродницей, который тоже в пыли с жиром, подоконник пыльный и окна грязные, после обеда очень душно, но есть вентилятор хоть для этого, пыльно-грязный пульт от телевизора, чтоб пользоваться пришлось протирать

Pros: Чистая светлая квартира все присутствует как в описании.Место на парковке можно найти всегда рядом с домом

Pros: Comfortable bad, convenient location, very good for winter/autumn stay due to warm/isolated design. Plenty of cooking equipment.

Cons: No extraction ventilation(exhaust in kitchen goes just above, not connected to any duct). No air conditioning. During few hot days we have to open fully windows(very big size makes to do it inconveniently, with necessity to close roller first). Sun lights to apartment during all day long, but if windows are opened, rollers too big to normally close the window frame. There is mixer, electric oven and sandwich maker, which for me is not first priority comparing with coffee machine.

Pros: Дуже охайна квартира, в якій є все необхідне. Багато посуду, сковорідки, каструлі і т.д. Є навіть електро духовка і бутербродниця) Квартира чиста, видно що за нею доглядають. Нам з собакою і дворічною дитиною було дуже комфортно. Перед під'їздом платна парковка, де ми залишали машину (зона С).
