Pros: Very small but well-equipped apartment (big plus is iron). Good location - 20 minut from main train station, quiet street, but close to the city centre. Very easy to find and perfect information (with photos) about getting into the building and finding the keys.

Lovely little apartment

Pros: Checking in & retrieving keys was very simple. Lots of instructions given via WhatsApp including photographs. Perfect after a long few hours travelling. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, old town, Jewish quarter and tram stop to explore further afield. Could easily walk to old town. Was perfect for what we needed. We used it as a base and spent every day out travelling. It was very clean and no issues with any of the facilities really. Quiet, no street noise heard, smelt lovely, and very cosy.

Cons: Could do with extra pillows for sleeping - but that's just us being used to having two each!

Krakow stay

Pros: Really helpful with the early check in, great communication and owners very approachable. Arrangement of keys via WhatsApp but clear instructions and was very happy when we could check in at 10am!

Cons: The duvet isn't big enough for the bed so we had to decide who was having the duvet and who was having the blanket....
