Pros: Absolutely fantastic apartment. Spacious, nicely furnished, great kitchen. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom have windows facing lovely little inner courtyard. Perfect location in the vibrant Kazimierz town, walking distance to the river, Old town and really anywhere in the historic centre. Countless restaurants, shops, cafes are everywhere nearby. Also numerous beautiful historical sights like churches, synagogues, cemeteries, museums etc are around every corner. Public transport right in front of the apartment. Owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful, replied to messages almost instantly. It was also very easy to get the keys, instructions were very clear.

Cons: Bed in the bedroom is damaged - the frame is cracked on one side. We send photos to the owner and he apologised and acknowledged this, probably done by the previous guests. Bed was usable but didnt feel very safe, hopefully the owner will get it repaired/changed soon. Apartment is located on the ground floor and front door offers absolutely no sound proofing or insulation, so you can hear everybody going in and out of the building. If you are a light sleeper I suggest ear plugs, as bedroom is right next to the front door. Living room with second bed has windows facing very busy street with car traffic and tram line. Nothing horrible, just something to keep in mind. There is a lounge bar located literally next door with opening hours to 4am. You can hear the noise and music quite loud also inside the apartment, mostly in the living room with second bed, but also in the bedroom We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday and it was not that busy, but on Sunday the music was still on quite loud till after midnight.

Centrally located and fully furnished

Pros: Very central location with access to public transport. The apartment is renovated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished rooms.

Cons: -Zero flexibility in terms of check-out later than specified in the booking (10:00). The specified time for check-out was at 10:00 (which is already early enough and I haven't seen anything earlier) but when we asked if it is possible to leave later (even 30 minutes), this was not accepted. - In the shower, no water was coming from the cold tap and we had to adjust the boiler temperature to be able to take a shower with hot water only. We noticed it rather late and didn't inform the owner but would have been nice if it was checked before the check-in - There were no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. If we knew it upfront, we could bring them along.

Pros: The apartment so much better than I expected! So cozy and warm! Breakfast was delicious! Totally recommend it

Pros: Spacious apartment midway in between Oldtown and Jewish Quarters. Very clean, stylish, high ceiling, stayed cool even during the heatwave in Poland with 30+ C. We are a young family of 5 so 6 sleeping spaces where more than enough kids were sharing the launch, and we had a separate bedroom. Very thick walls so you can't really hear the neiboughrs or even the kids in another room. Only 4 min walk to the nearest tram station, 30 min from the airport - easy to get there too. Customer service was brilliant, answered all the questions, and were really helpful. We were provided with 2 dishwasher tablets, some tea, coffee, sugar.

Cons: Only little things, nothing major. Front door lower lock was very tricky to lock/unlock. No salt or pepper for people who cook (I think that would be a nice touch, especially for people who stay there longer than a weekend) Bedroom and batroom door where a bit hard to open.

Comfortable and in a good location.

Pros: This is a large, beautiful, modern, clean and well-equipped apartment with everything one needs, including a modern washer/drier in the bathroom and all the necessary kitchen utensils in the kitchen. We enjoyed the stay a lot. The communication with the owners went via booking.com and they also called us on the phone. The location is really good, only 10-15 min walk from the old city centre.

Cons: There was some noise on the stairs outside the apartment from 7 a.m. in the morning, audible in the main bedroom, but it wasn't critical.

Pros: Large apartment, very comfortable, beautifully designed and equipped with everything one can imagine and needs during a long travel, like comfy beds, washing machine, well equipped kitchen and free, and fast WiFi - we are in a second month of our four and a half months European journey and really enjoyed benefits of staying in this awesome apartment in perfect location.
