Amazing

Pros: Good location, clean & tidy, host was quick to reply and very helpful!

Perfect place to explore the city, especially in winter with a sauna and jacuzzi bath.

Pros: We stayed in the apartment at the beginning of December. The place was amazing — even more spacious in real than in the photos. It had everything we needed, was very clean and warm, and made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and main attractions. We had booked an afternoon visit to the salt mine on the day of check-in, so we asked the hosts for an earlier check-in and they were more than accommodating. We are very grateful for their flexibility and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable and all the amenities are great.

Pros: Location. Comfortable. Heating. Everything in the kitchen, including toaster, microwave. Very nice shower.

Cons: Not enough towels provided. Bins too small.

Pros: Lovely Apartment, clean, equipped and a great location. We travelled with our 2 children and the travel cot was set up, lovely and clean with warm bedding. Highchair was also set up. Thank you.

Really really nice place

Pros: Really nice maintained place! It has it s own vibe that makes you revisit! A downside of it is the paid parking EVERYWHERE around

Cons: It has elevator but first you need to climb a few stairs in case you are with a stroller.

Pros: The rooms are massive!! Also, the fact that there are two toilets is very helpful when travelling in a group. The kitchen had all we needed and more! We couldn't figure out how the washing machine worked because it is all in Polish and the staff who went to guide us spoke very little English. We managed to use it, but putting a translation there or including more specific instructions in the user manual would be very helpful!

Cons: No mention is made of the stairs one must climb to get to the lift... For young and able-bodied people, that's fine, but we were travelling with my 82-year-old grandma who has limited mobility. Therefore, those stairs were a pain in the neck every time we left or entered the building.
