Pros: Excellent accommodation, close to the center, which can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or by tram, with stops right next to the hotel. The price-quality ratio was very good.
Cons: The room was quite small, there were no cupboards, only hangers, and my mistake was that I didn't notice before booking the accommodation that there was an extra charge for parking directly in front of the hotel.

Pros: The room looked great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good and various. The hotel looks great. The reception girls were also nice and helpful!
Cons: The room was a bit chilly, even though the heat was on max. Probably because the heater is a bit too small for the room.

Great stay only a few minutes from city centre
Pros: The room was really good sized and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay especially since it snowed and it was very easy to come and go out of the hotel via the tram. It's only a 5 min ride to the center. Also, I was surprised to find that at the reception there is always available coffee for those staying at the hotel which was super plus for me.
Cons: Nothing negative to say as the staff was always friendly with us and found the room always clean.

All in all, even with a few things that weren’t perfect, most of it was amazing.
Pros: First off all, staff was amazing and really helpful. Room even if it wasn’t very big, it was pretty spacious. Beds were really comfortable and we had a big tv. Everything was really clean. Location is really close to the city center, old town, around 10 minute walk to Galeria Krakowska. Even if check out it originally at 11am, we were told we can stay until 12pm (for free), and we paid for late check out, which was only 30 zlots (~7e) for an hour. Since we had a late bus, we were able to leave the luggage at the hotel safely under the lock, and we were able to sit in the lobby, get water and use the restroom while waiting for the bus.
Cons: Since the Air conditioning isn’t working from October to May, the heating is only possible with the radiator, which would be okay if it didn’t take whole day and night to actually get warm. Maybe if you asked them if they can turn on the heating before you arrive would be better. Also, the breakfast was okayish, but you need to go earlier, because when we arrived an hour before the breakfast was over, there weren’t almost any food left, not even bread, and around 15 minutes later while people were still there, they started cleaning up and removing everything. And the sound isolation isn’t very good, we could hear guests next door, they even woke us up from being too loud.

Brilliant
Pros: Brilliant location with 3-4 different tram lines right outside frequently taking you to the old town. Friendly staff and great facilities. Small but very clean rooms perfect for short stays. Great value for money. Stayed here for the past two years we’ve come to krakow
Cons: Nothing. Everything is great

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price, as long as you don't mind a bit of walking.
Pros: Clean comfortable room. Shower was part of a shower-bath combination so a bit cramped and prone to soaking the floor. Food and drink beyond breakfast is limited to snacks and drinks available to purchase at reception. Located about 25 minutes' walk into the old town, but with a good selection of restaurants nearby. Close to a tram stop which is cheap and will take you to the train station or St. Faustina's shrine of Divine Mercy ( tram ride about 25 minutes costing about £2) Comfortable bed, air con not working at this time of year. You can open a window, but seems to be a lot of emergency service sirens, so ear plugs or noise cancelling ear phones recommended. No noise from adjoining rooms.
Cons: Given the distance from the old town, it's not the sort of hotel you pop back to for a couple of hours before heading out again. I left in the morning and came back late in the evening. Suited me, but not for everyone. If you arrive to Krakow airport, it's worth trying to arrange transport in advance. A taxi picked up at the airport cost me about £35. This isn't a criticism of the hotel, it would be the same for most of the hotels in the centre of Krakow.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, convenient walking distance from the city center. Private parking (paid)
Cons: Many guests, thin walls.
