Pros: Spotless,beautiful,calm.different sauna are plus point.

Cons: Less options for vegetarian in breakfast

Pros: Really good breakfast. Clean room and good spa amenities. Even few saunas of choice available.

Cons: We enjoyed everything during our stay. Wish the parking was free however

I’m coming back again

Pros: I didn’t try the pool or the gym. And I was there for 4 night and it was very good. Clean. And beautiful experience

Pros: Best hotel in krakow! The whole area that this hotel is located in is so nice, restaurants, gym, pool etc all so great. Me and my fiance only stayed for my birthday night but I’d definitely come back to stay longer. Staff were super friendly and the room was so beautiful. Also very handy, there is a Żabka only a few steps away from some midnight snacks. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)

Pros: The rooms were beautifully designed and spacious. The food we tried was of good quality and customer service very good. We also really enjoyed the huge gym and the wellness facilities.

Cons: The wifi speed was not great at all throughout the day and night. My parter had some business calls to make and he really struggled. We were very surprised given everything else was so well organised and of quality.

Pros: Modern and spacious, spotlessly clean with a handful of bars / restaurants on the complex - only £5 for an Uber to Krakow square, trams run close by too

Good hotel, very clean and great gym

Pros: Comfy beds and great gym. Only 30 mins walk to main square

Cons: Sometimes the swimming pool was really busy but it’s not just for hotel guests, so understandable

In general it’s a nice place to stay.

Pros: Very clean, nice interior design, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast in a very stylish restaurant.

Cons: Wellness and spa complex is not only for hotel guests. There were classes for children, so most of lanes were reserved until late evening and it was quite noisy and crowdy. There was unpleasant smell in the steam room. The towels had some holes.

Pros: Comfortable rooms, good location, excellent breakfast.

Cons: Lanes in the pools being booked for different classes, making it difficult fot hotel guests to enjoy the pool area at times.
