A hotel with good location for Tauron Arena events

Pros: Really loved the breakfast. There was a variety of options for vegetarians as well.

Cons: When we were checking in, the lobby´s admin asked, which kind of room would we want. We did not ask anything specific but said that the room should have a nice view. Our room was on the 1st floor and the view was set to the other hotel next to it. Otherwise, had a pleasant stay.

Great hotel for the reasonable price with good services

Pros: Beautiful hotel, great and professional staff, delicious breakfast, great services. Our son loved their kids room and daily cinema with popcorn. We were surprised there is also pool even though it was not mentioned anywhere. I understand, the pool is for the connected Double Tree hotel guests, but Hampton guests can pay for entry too. Good deal though. The city centre is accessible by the nearby tram within 30 minutes.

Cons: Paid parking - 60 PLN/night however the hotel is in the part of the city where no parking fees are charged within the city parking policy.

Pros: The breakfast was really tasty and included holiday-themed items around Christmas and New Year’s - what a nice touch! Service was available 24/7 and responded promptly to raised issues. The hotel is overall modern and beautifully designed.

Cons: Cleaning was not very thorough, but acceptable. A few staff members were not particularly friendly. The queen room’s bed was at most 160×200 cm. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the hallway, although nothing could be heard from adjacent rooms. Our room’s view faced an inner yard with concrete buildings on all three sides with no real windows.

Hotel with amazing breakfast choice, well equiped fitness centrum but quite faraway from city centre

Pros: The hotel has amazing breakfast choices, well equipped fitness centre (available for 16+), nice and clean rooms just as in the pictures. The only disadvantage is the distance from Krakow city centre. But we had a car so it was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay.

Recommended for TAURON ARENA events!

Pros: Convenient location virtually next to the TAURON ARENA (we travelled to a concert show there); reasonable price for parking; excellent hot buffet breakfast.

Cons: A litttle issue with entry gate to the hotel parking place (we had to take 2 tickets for the gate to open)- easily resolved with the receoptionist , thank you.

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast for adults and kids too. Parking in the area was big, thus mo problems to find a slot.

Cons: For that night I would prefer softer mattress 😄
