Pros: It was one of the best hotels we have visited with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The pool and fitness center were a big plus, and we made good use of them during our stay. Being able to swim and workout right at the hotel really added to our overall comfort. Everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for both relaxation and active recreation.

Great hotel! Would recommend

Pros: This hotel is great value for money. The staff here are some of the most friendliest and helpful I have encountered at a stay - which deserves recognition! There was good choices of food at breakfast. The size of the room was great. Hotel facilities are really good too - gym has everything you need & more. Spa is amazing! Bed extremely comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location. I had amazing sleeps every night.

Cons: Guest Wi-Fi is different from the TVs, therefor couldn't cast to TV. (honour membership is different I think) There was some missed vacuuming under the bed, which I only noticed as I dropped something under there.

Very Good Hotel outside City Centre

Pros: Friendly staff, good comfort in room, nice interior, very good breakfast selection.

Cons: outside City Centre, cleaning toilets in public area (ground floors) only upon request. Barkeepers could be more friendly.

A good place to relax in Krakow

Pros: Very good hotel in Krakow - completely comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, good gym and nice swimming pool.

Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel isn't very well connected to Krakow's historic center by public transportation. Breakfast was fantastic, but the bread could have been a bit fresher.

Pros: Having a pool was a must for us, the swimming pool had everything, a part for exercise, a spa area with lovely warm water , a jacuzzi and sauna. Lovely separated changing room, which even had micellar water! Towels provided and nice chill atmosphere. Also has a good size soft play! Big bin if travelling with kids. Excellent breakfast 👌 smoothies, chia pudding , A honey comb ! A chef who would custom make your egg, omelette . I was really impressed. Also appreciate i could late check out , my flight was late evening. Staff very professional and helpful, many thanks to Pani Małgorzata.

Very pleasant large hotel for all in.

Pros: Restaurant was great, nicely served dinners, good food. Lots of staff for breakfast. Cocktails PERFECT. Already watching how they shake a drink was a performance :) Swimming pool great and big enough. Whirlpool in a nice light atmosphere. Nice saunas (for 16+ years old only). Rooms great, staff nice, lobby marvellous. Free bathrobes and slippers in the room. Large and updated gym.

Cons: Paid parking in the front of the hotel.

We would go back if in Krakow.
