Lots of space and lovely staff

Pros: Lovely staff. Great coffee..lots of common area space to sit down and chat.

Cons: Missed having museli offered for breakfast but that's a tiny niggle.

Pros: Room size, variety of breakfast. Location suitable to walk into main square. Pool and sauna was nice and relaxing

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I liked that the hotel is conveniently located close to a tram stop, which made getting around very easy. The room was warm and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing — incredibly varied, fresh, and delicious. Truly wow!

Cons: The only downside was a strong, old cigarette smell in the room and the presence of an ashtray, which was unpleasant

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, room was lovely and quiet, hotel has a nice atmosphere & the staff were friendly & helpful

Cons: It was a pity that the leisure centre was closed, an alternative was offered at a different hotel but I did not avail of this

Lovely

Pros: Very friendly we had a trip and was leaving at 6.10 which meant we would miss breakfast I asked if they could do anything for us to eat and was very happy with the bags we got for the day food at hotel restaurant was lovely and only a short walk to things

Cons: Breakfast could have been better no bacon mushrooms beans or tomatoes. Only scrambled eggs and sausage

It’s good value for the money. Can recommend it.

Pros: Location is good, it’s close to the city center and close to the big shopping center (Kazimierz). Hotel is new, breakfast was good (good value for the money). Staff was friendly, enough parking places.

Cons: Just the matrace in the bed. I prefer firmer option😀.

Great Hotel

Pros: Such a lovely hotel, close enough for convenience, but far enough for the quieter visitor. Great staff, always on hand and helpful. Lovely breakfast, and plenty of it.
