Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: It is a very fresh facilities and modern hotel overall even though we did not explore everything that the hotel may have to offer. I liked that there was a coffee machine and coffee capsules included.

Cons: Could have bit better cleaned overall is what I feel. Room was a bit dusty in terms of panels.

Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

Pros: - great location - love the interior, felt really cool and expensive

Cons: - our bathroom mirror had a hand print on it - made me question the cleanliness of the room - single duvets of a double bed - had this issue elsewhere in Poland so maybe it’s common but it felt annoying.

It was really good. Would stay there again.

Pros: Rooms were very spacious. In general everything was ready, clean, nice. Staff was helpful, parking is under the hotel. Gym was very nice, and breakfast was really good. Overall design was cool and the concept itself.

Cons: Coffee during the breakfast could have been better.

Pros: We came here to celebrate New Year's Eve. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful with every request. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day soon. Thank you for making our experience special!

Cons: Nothing to mention here.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: The bed is very comfy. Showers are spacious and working properly. Location is great. I would recommend staying there

Cons: Bathroom was not heated at all and it’s pretty inconvenient in the winter time in Poland 😂 also fire alarm was activated outside of the room but inside we were barely able to hear it. The speaker inside didn’t work if its purpose was to sound an alarm. While trying to evacuate the exit doors to the stairways were closed for some reason. Thankfully it was just due to complicated usage of kitchen appliances by some guest because otherwise we would have been toasted 🫣

Wonderful

Pros: The facilities were wonderful , very clean and the decoration was really nice , I’d definitely visit again .

Cons: The only “bad” thing was that the TV didn’t have a YouTube app so u had to cast your screen from your phone . But that doesn’t affect my opinion that the hotel is amazing .

Happy with our stay, would definitely book again.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson RED Krakow. The hotel is very clean, the interior is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully done. The staff were polite and helpful, everything was smooth and well handled throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we’d happily stay here again.

Cons: The hotel is not right in the city centre (old town), so you’ll need to take a short ride to get around. That said, Bolt and Uber are very affordable and convenient, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
