Great stay and very comfy mattress!

Pros: Amazing stay, lovely staff, helped us to change our rooms for 5 travellers and everything was comfortable and very good stay!

Good, clean, accessible

Pros: It's clean, silent and warm. Good shower and bed. Close to a nice park and public infrastructure. Location was great for our specific needs, but might be challenging for those more interested in the main spots. Breakfast is average, could be cheaper. Good access to wheelchair.

Cons: One of us os a 76 years old who uses a wheelchair. After booking the stay with a lot of advance, we visited the hotel to check if the bedrroom was accecssible enough for a person in a wheelchair to stay for 15 days. We explained the situation in the reception and asked if we could see one of their vacant rooms to confirm it fits. The receptionist was very surprised with the request, said that he could not ALLOW anyone to enter a room without checking in and told us to check the pictures in the website. Big lack of empathy and disrespect for the elderly. (Worth mentioning that the room was indeed accessible and she stayed without any problem)

Pros: The overall experience was fantastic. Staff was helpfull, breakfast was delicious, location was pretty good,... All members of our family (8) were happy in the hotel ;@)

Good option for a short stay, if no better place is available.

Pros: The room was quite spacy, with good internet connection. There was a free water too.

Cons: I did not like 30 PLN fee for parking. Also, there was a long queue on the arrival as we arrived at the same time as 2 buses full of tourists. And it is quite far from the center, but I knew that clearly.
