Pros: Phenomenal breakfast spread. The usual selection, however the quality of the produce and cooking was very high.

Cons: My mattress felt quite thin and hard.

Pros: Very nice place with close access to the tram to the city. Family friendly :)

Cons: Hard bed. Breakfast was good, but the eve before we ate in the restaurant and from the 3 dishes we ordered with all was something wrong,,, from which one was just burned..

Pros: Our stay at the Domus Mater Hotel was very pleasant. It's very quiet and easy to get to the city center. Overall the staff is very nice.

Cons: If I have to find something negative it's that we asked about a problem with the soap dispenser in the shower and no one came to fix it or at least tell us that it wasn't possible to fix it at the moment.

Great place to stay in Krakow

Pros: Good location, secure parking, plenty of choice for breakfast and well priced main restaurant. Lovely and very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. Very reasonable room pricing.

Cons: No air-conditioning in the room, it was really hot and nights were therefore really uncomfortable. The beds were quite hard and not comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: Very peaceful , understated atmosphere, high quality standard, well organised breakfast area , a short walk to to the tram for connection to city centre , big garden at the rear with seating and outdoor space .Very Good overall

Nice, clean and safe hotel for Family

Pros: Super hotel, very quiet and in the middle of a large property. Bus and tram stations are within a few minutes walk. Very large spread and delicious breakfast. Very safe and nice environment, ideal for families. This is my fourth country and fourth hotel in this Europe trip, I can say this is the best hotel.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe they need to add a fan or air conditioner in the future, as summer is getting hotter and hotter in Europe

Pros: Everything was at the good level, we liked very much your breakfasts - big choice of food of good quality and taste

Cons: No fridge (at least mini-bar) in the room. We had a long trip during 5 days and stopped in 3 different hotels - your hotel in Krakow, after one night in Hungary and one night in Romania. The temperature outdoors was 30 degrees. We had a box with insulin with us which should be kept in the fridge and in every hotel we did not have problem with this, but in your hotel. The situation was managed by the receptionist who was very kind, he put our box into the big fridge close to reception.
