Great stay, not too far from the city

Pros: Size of the room was perfect - lots of space for our luggage. Easy access into the city via public bus.

Cons: Windows didn't open far to get fresh air into the room.

Pros: Absolutely perfect stay – heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff! We stayed for a week and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was lovely and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Wictoria at the reception, who was warm, kind, and went above and beyond to help us with everything – from arranging transfers to offering great recommendations that made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Her genuine care and professionalism stood out every single day. Also, a big thanks to Lukas, the manager, who was equally friendly with warm smile, approachable, and always made sure we felt welcomed and looked after. You can tell that the entire team works with heart. We left with the best impressions and so much gratitude. We’ll definitely be back – and recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Pros: Everything is on foot step from shops take sways shopping center

Pros: The hotel is nice. Near the aqua park. Delicious breakfast.

Pros: Service was 100% over all areas. Reception, Spa, Restaurant.

Cons: Sauna was small, but that's not the problem. The water was all over the floor in the background.

Pros: We chose the hotel because we wanted to go to the aqua park. It is perfectly located if you want to spend your time there and come back to the room. There is a supermarket and a nice cafe not to far from the hotel, which was good. The room was quite spacious and it had everything we needed.

Cons: We asked the receptionist to book a taxi for us to go to the airport. We knew it would be more expensive than Uber or Bolt, but we were willing to pay more just to make sure the taxi is there for us on time. However, we didn't expect that the company would charge us 3 times the normal price. We think it was unreasonable and we think the hotel should treat their guest better

Pros: All went well. Food for dinner was very good. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Close to Aqua park, far to city centre but good hotel overall

Pros: Aqua park is right next to the hotel, that’s the biggest advantage, fairly good hotel facilities, clean and good selection of food for breakfast however they didn’t have porridge. WiFi was also good.

Cons: Distance to the town centre, it’s far if you want to be walk, don’t even think about it. Also, card to the room didn’t work, had to go back and forth to the reception with luggages until I have asked for a new one, this shouldn’t be the case and last thing for improvements is for reception staff to be more proactive and inform guests about extra perks or special offer/discount when booking aqua park as a hotel guest, this wasn’t mentioned to us at all and we only noticed a leaflet and ask for details.

Overall good as the location suited our stay.

Pros: Clean modern hotel, good resturant, plenty of breakfast choices. Staff very pleasant.

Cons: Very annoying music played on a loop in public areas!
