Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with great service, tasty breakfast.

Pros: I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety to choose from each morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

Cons: If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the rooms—especially the bathroom—could benefit from a bit of renovation to freshen them up. Still, overall, it was a lovely stay and I’d be happy to return.

A cheap but excellent hotel.

Pros: Awesome breakfast, great value for money. Staff was helpful and very professional and friendly. Easy to reach the city center by tram. Also a lot of parking spaces.

Cons: No balconies availible, but it was not that big of a problem as the elevator was fast. (So I could smoke)

Hotel Grand Felix *** is a true/genuine three-star hotel.

Pros: Hotel Grand Felix *** is a true/genuine three-star hotel - nice room, good breakfast, easy parking, everything OK, but w/o any extras. I.e. good price for the quality. Recommended! Hotel restaurant serves a very delicious dishes, however selection is quite limited (chicken, pork, 2 soups, some salad). Extensive breakfast - the only thing I missed were baked beans :-)

Cons: The second night of our stay (Sat-Sun), there arrived a collective package tour mainly of pensioners. They occupied virtually the whole hotel as if it belonged to them, and expecially the breakfast room in the Sunday morning. Normal guests (paying normal price...) were unable to sit and have their breakfast, We had to wait for a waitress to gently kick them out. However, there was still enough of everything to eat and drink left. Sorry, but hotels not specifically equipped for such collective package tours should better not to invite them...
