Pros: Apartment was very spacious, and there was everything we needed. Kids loved all the toys there. Location was also brilliant, very close to old town.

Pros: We enjoyed how spacious the apartment was. We traveled in a group of six, and we all had our own comfortable space in the apartment. The location was another positive. It was a 10–15-minute walk to Wawel Castle and the Main Square. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, and small local shops were within a 5–10-minute walk. Tram stops just behind corner. The train from the airport stops a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and you can also use this station for your trip to the Salt Mine.
Cons: It's a little noisy in the late afternoon, with trams and trains passing by nearby, but nothing major.

Very happy. Would stay agin.
Pros: A family of 6. 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 young children. Very spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. 10-15 minute walk to town centre and big shopping centre. Shop with all essentials across the road and a lovely bakery on the corner. No hassle checking in. Everything well explained. Would stay again

Pros: Nice, spacious apartment. Three good sized bedrooms. Good instructions from host and excellent communication throughout. Nice location, 20 minutes walk from old town but right opposite the tram stop.

Great stay for a big group (6-7 pers) + great location.
Pros: The accommodation was great. We were a group of six people who stayed here. The accommodation had everything we needed. It is located close to a train station, which takes you directly to Oświęcim (Auschwitz) as well as to the airport. Additionally, there is a fairly big supermarket (Biedronka) just around the corner. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town, which is perfect.
Cons: During our stay, we did not have any hot water for the shower. The accommodation owner did, however, reply quickly to our complaint and contacted the house management. Unfortunately, the issue with the hot water didn’t get fixed during our weekend stay. The accommodation owner apologized for this inconvenience and informed us that maintenance personnel were coming to fix the issue on the following weekday. This was the only issue we had.

Pros: Appartamento molto comodo, a 15 minuti dalla piazza. Tutto molto confortevole. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile, malgrado non l'abbia conosciuta di persona ma si è messa a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Lo consiglio vivamente

Super super super!
Pros: Bardzo blisko przystanek tramwajowy, z którego dojedziemy w kilka minut do centrum i na dworzec PKP, a trochę dłużej (ale bezpośrednio) na Tauron Arena. Samo mieszkanie bardzo przestronne (ogromne!), czyściutkie, przytulne, ciepłe (serio, zastaliśmy mieszkanie nagrzane z odkręconymi kaloryferami), z ogromnym stołem jadalnianym, wygodnymi łóżkami, miejscem na wspólne spędzenie czasu, doskonale wyposażoną kuchnią (zmywarka!) I czyściutką łazienką. Właściciele zadbali nawet o zapas kawy, herbaty i papieru toaletowego! Rzadko kiedy daję 10/10, ale to w pełni na taką ocenę zasługuje.
Cons: W sumie to raczej nic. Może instrukcja zameldowania/wymeldowania była nie do końca jasna - wychodząc zastanawialiśmy się czy zamknąć drzwi na klucz i zostawić je w skrzynce na kod tak jak było w instrukcji, czy zostawić w mieszkaniu jak mówiła kartka na drzwiach. Poza tym bez zarzutu.
