Pros: Modern apartment, very nicely decorated, very impressed

Cons: The two single beds together kept on separating while we slept and created a crevasse that I kept falling into while asleep so I spent half the night on the bed frame :))

Pros: Basically everything from staff, location, price, utilities to whatever you can imagine.

Cons: The shelf in the shower was unstable and came loose, and the toiletry pumps wasn’t working well. Aside from these, everything was great. We cooked our own meals and had a very pleasant Christmas.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable clean and quiet. Everything is relatively new and well maintained.

Cons: The fridge did not work. I saw reviews of this that were a few months old when I made the booking but I was expecting it to be fixed in the meantime. It was not. I asked for a replacement, they had none. Throughout the whole stay I had to keep food and drinks on the terrace outside. The internet speed is only suitable for text messaging. YouTube and Netflix barely loaded. This is especially important to keep in mind if traveling with children and need some WIFI-based entertainment. Speedtest results 8-12mbps download.

Definitely I recommend it for stay

Pros: Nice and tidy apartment. The flat is big and fully equipped for family trip. There are several groceries and restaurants near. Special thanks for coffee.

Cons: A hairdryer was broken. Probably they already replaced it. Just take into account, it’s not related to the flat itself. Railway and tram lines near the building. So be ready for noise. But it is a city centre so it’s noisy everywhere.

Highly recommended if your staying in krakow

Pros: Amazingly clean, convenient location, it's walkable to town or just go out and to the left and get any tram towards the old town. Shop downstairs open early till late with basic essentials

Cons: I asked for more toilet roll on 2 occasions, the first time they said the next day, when I askes the next in the afternoon they told me to buy it. Not a huge issue, just a minor inconvenience considering I'd paid and in a hotel it would have been no issue
