Hotel Great Polonia Kraków Airport

Lovely clean rooms, excellent shower

Pros: They let us check in early, the rooms were very comfortable. Had a water cooler in the corridor to make topping up water bottles easy. The restaurant served nice food.

Cons: The booking page made it seem like there was a bookable airport shuttle, this isn't the case.

I would like come back.

Pros: Location was excellent 7 min from airport.Breakfast served effectively, fresh food,clean,first class service.

Cons: Empty fridge in the room.Only a few refreshment like yogurt,bottle of water or snacks made a lot different.

Great Hotel, Highly recommended

Pros: The hotel is nice and very clean, close to the airport , with free parking. The kettle for tea and coffee in our room was highly appreciated because of the cold outside. The welcome gift for Christmas was a nice surprise (nice tea and sweets). The staff was receptive (the receptionist sent someone to turn on the heat in the room) and the dinner was delicious. Breakfast was full, diverse, anything was there, from english breakfast to traditional polish dishes.

Cons: I don't remember anything I did not like.

Just for one night but very good experience

Pros: Stayed here after my flight was cancelled. Very close to the airport, excellent staff and very good breakfast. Comfy beds and big rooms.

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Great location, decent food especially polish żurek. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was really lovely.

Cons: Could do with an update and better clean. Had some strange vents in the living room by the bed which were partially taped. My baby was very curious about them.

Great stay for budget trip

Pros: Definitely great place for budget stay close to Airport. Food, rooms and facilities are catered to budget you pay.

Amazing stop off before flying back home

Pros: I really liked the location of the property and the price — it was very conveniently placed. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and shown to our room. We then decided to have some food at the restaurant, which was affordable and tasted great. The receptionist on duty in the morning was lovely, and the breakfast had everything you’d want — simple but tasty. Once again, the staff were excellent.

Cons: Not the hotel’s fault, but due to the location we were unable to get an Uber or Bolt. We had to take a local taxi, and the driver charged us 100 zł for a 10-minute ride, claiming it should have been 300 zł. This felt extremely overpriced — around 4–5 times higher than the standard fare.

A Kind Stay During Flight Despair

Pros: I was impressed by the kindness from our host at the front desk. I booked the wrong day as tired after a stressful airport flight cancellation and being stuck for several hours awaiting updates by my airline. My two companions and I were very grateful to be given their last room. Comfy beds and basic needs met for our 5 1/2 hours stay…Mostly to sleep and catch the emergency flight home at 9 am. We received lovely tea in a branded bag to brew at home…such a lovely detail. Thank you for helping book our taxi too!

Cons: I recommend window curtains that are wide enough to cover the windows. The shower door needs to be looked over as small wheels come off the track so a bit hard to manage.
