Perfect after a hectare c few hours at airport with cancelled flight

Pros: Receptionist was lovely even carried our suitcases upstairs for us and back down when we left nothing was too Much for her

Excellent!

Pros: We were left to find emergency accommodation as our flights cancelled and this lovely little place was available book! Upon arrival you are met by lovely grounds and friendly staff. Our room was ready and all useful information was given. We were given a cute little breakfast that we collected from the fridge which had a continental sandwich, water, fruit and a little treat. Honestly could not ask for a better place in such a short space of time and during a stressful moment. Thank you for your pleasant and informative greeting.

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like

Pros: Spent 2 days here, booked 2 days separately by accident. It wasn't an issue and it didn't cause me any inconvenience after notifying the staff on duty.

Great Place to stay

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly warm. The breakfast was delicious and authentically Polish, a great way to start each morning. A special mention goes to Anna, whose kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home she’s an absolute gem. The location also offered a unique experience, Supermarket, Mall and airport nearby. I could also see planes ascending and descending nearby, which was quite a sight to enjoy. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in Krakow. Highly recommended!

Cons: Bed was split in the middle. It is standard with some double Beds here in Poland. It Isn't any fault on the Hotel's part, just something to consider for those who find this important.

Cons: Not very comfortable bedding and room needed a good clean

Perfect hotel with imperfect company...

Pros: The facilities are excellent. The staff was very kind. The proximity to the airport is an advantage.

Cons: The hotel should place information about a curfew as unfortunately we couldn't sleep because of the loud noises in the corridor and the room next door. I was opening the door to politely inform people to lower their noises because it was half past two at night and we needed to have some sleep before the morning flight... Ultimately we were rather sleepless...

Good hotel.

Pros: Quiet, comfortable, breakfast included - it was nice. Very nice outdoor area, good restaurants nearby.

Cons: No air conditioning, and it was quite hot, and if your windows are open, the planes keep flying obviously.

Pros: Staff were wonderfully accommodating after our last minute booking due to cancelled flights. They even gave us a packed breakfast to take with us when we left for our rescheduled flight really early the next morning.

Pros: Excellent location, close to Krakow airport. Friendly staff and helpful. Room was clean and ready for us.

Cons: Beds could be better, but for one night it was ok.

Pros: Nice staff and comfortable beds, good breakfast in room

Cons: Bathroom not 100% clean
