Surprisingly nice place for a good price

Pros: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was decent and the price tag was quite reasonable. The facilities were clean.

Cons: The facilities are rather on the older side.

Great experience

Pros: I very much liked the feel of communist times ( unfortunately slightly modified) but great building architecturally and simple rooms. Very clean and in my favourite location in Krakow

Cons: Bit noisy as my windows were facing main street

Pros: I stay at Korona Rooms often when in Krakow. Great location, excellent and friendly staff. The rooms are basic but clean and big. If you’re on a budget, this is an excellent choice!

Pros: Basic accommodation close to the city center. It had everything i needed.

Good value for price in a great location.

Pros: Good value for the price! Location is great, room was minimal, but comfortable. Everything was very clean. Refreshments were included (kettle in the room, tea, sparkling and filtered water in reception). Host sent clear instructions on how to get in with picture included, and was very accommodating when we met him.

Cons: Our room was on the street side of the property, so it was quite loud even at night (tram and car traffic). Only toiletry included was hand soap. The rooms are all upper floor, so many stairs to haul luggage up if you have anything heavier.

Nice good value hotel

Pros: Great location with bakeries and restaurants nearby, basic but rooms were serviceable. Never saw any reception staff even during the hours mentioned on the desk but very quick to respond to any queries.

Cons: Only handwash, no shower gel. Curtains don't cover the light.

Poland

Pros: It was affordable and clean. We didn't really see any of the reception staff but they left us all the information on how to get into the hotel. The shops were accessible at night but you have to go look for the late night shops. It's busy at night and the town/city was beautiful at all times. The taxis are cheap and arrive quick. I would definitely visit Auschwitz. It's an eye opener and unforgettable. Must visit yourselves to experience the stories. We went to the museum of illusion which was funny and enjoyable . Visit the River cruise must do.

Cons: The one way system and roads and drivers are not very friendly. It's like dodge balls crossing the roads. The drivers drive on the other side from the English. I would definitely go again.

Comfortable and peaceful stay in Krakow

Pros: Amazing location. Very close to tram station and attractions. The late check-in was smooth and they even helped us store our luggage after check out. Zabka shop was just outside. A perfect room for sleep and shower. Staff is really helpful.
